Together, they aim to carry on the traditions and values the original owners have established while updating the space and services to reflect a modern salon experience. We are ideally located close to the UW-Madison campus, on the near west side, at 3738 Speedway Road. Hair Studio Day Spa is a full service Hair and Body Salon with a genuine commitment to customer service. We invite you to visit and experience it for yourself!

In the event you need to return a product or products you must return within 60 days of purchase and be 3/4 full.

Gratuities are not included in the service pricing and are available as cash, check, credit/debit card* or Venmo.
*All card transactions are subject to a 3.75% processing fee.

Your appointments are important to us!
A credit card on file is required to book all appointments. We require 48 hours notice of any schedule changes. Appointments modified after 48 hours may be subject to the following fees:
48-24 Hours: 50% of total services
24 or Less: 75% of total services
No Call No Show: 100% of total services
We are always willing to work with people in emergencies! If cancellations or rescheduling become a recurring issue, you may be asked to put a 50% non refundable deposit down. Arriving late may incur fees if the provider cannot perform all service/s scheduled.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
Service Adjustments
All service concerns must be reported within 7 days. No refunds or compensation will be issued without an in-person evaluation and the opportunity to correct the service. Work altered by another stylist voids this policy.
Group Appointments
Group appointments (2 or more guests) require a credit card on file and a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. Cancellations, no-shows, or changes made within 7 days of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Partial group cancellations are treated as cancellations.
