Hair Studio Day Spa has been part of the Madison community since 1986, and while a few things have changed over the last 40 years, our commitment to great hair, exceptional service, and treating people like family never goes out of style.
In 2022, longtime employee Angie Bristol and husband Kyle Redlin stepped into ownership with a big vision: honor the legacy that built Hair Studio while bringing fresh energy, modern services, and a beautifully updated space to the next generation of guests. Since then, we've been busy blending old-school hospitality with new-school style—and having a lot of fun along the way.
Located on Madison's near west side, just minutes from the UW campus, Hair Studio Day Spa is a full-service salon and spa offering hair, skincare, massage, head spa services, and a team of talented professionals who genuinely love what they do.

Your appointments are important to us!
A credit card on file is required to book all appointments. We require 48 hours notice of any schedule changes. Appointments modified after 48 hours may be subject to the following fees:
48-24 Hours: 50% of total services
24 or Less: 75% of total services
No Call No Show: 100% of total services
We are always willing to work with people in emergencies! If cancellations or rescheduling become a recurring issue, you may be asked to put a 50% non refundable deposit down. Arriving late may incur fees if the provider cannot perform all service/s scheduled.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
Service Adjustments
All service concerns must be reported within 7 days. No refunds or compensation will be issued without an in-person evaluation and the opportunity to correct the service. Work altered by another stylist voids this policy.
Group Appointments
Group appointments (2 or more guests) require a credit card on file and a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. Cancellations, no-shows, or changes made within 7 days of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Partial group cancellations are treated as cancellations.
